What can make my item get sent back to me?

Some reasons your item could be returned to you may include:

 

1. You requested your device to be returned

2. We sent you a revised offer that you declined

3. Your device had an active ESN connected to it that couldn't be cleared. Contact your wireless service provider if you believe this is incorrect

What happens if I selected the wrong model for my device?

Our inspection team carefully assesses the model of each device to ensure an accurate quote. If the model is found to be incorrect, you'll receive an updated offer for the device. You may accept or decline the updated quote at any time over a period of 5 days. If you do not respond we'll be forced to assume you accept the new offer and your order will be processed.
