Can I change how I’m paid?

You're able to change your method of payment at any time before the payment is sent. To do this, put in a request stating the new payment method and your order number here

When do I get my payment?

Payment is sent to you after we confirm your items condition through our inspection process. We'll check for things like scratches, device model, serial number, functionality, and more to determine if your device is correctly categorized. We'll notify you when your item's been inspected at which point we'll send payment within 24 hours or you'll receive double the payment. Once the item's been paid for we'll send another email confirming your payment has been sent.

 The entire process, from sending your prepaid box to receiving your cash, can take about 3-5 days via PayPal and 2 weeks via check. If you have any questions regarding your payment please contact us through the form to the right.

What's the fastest way to receive payment?

The fastest way to receive payment is to honestly assess your device to ensure a quick inspection process. Don't worry about underestimating your product's condition, if we think your item's in better shape than you do we'll pay you the larger amount. For payment options we recommend PayPal, it's nearly an instant transfer to your account which you can access whenever you'd like to

After I’ve shipped, how long does it take to receive my payment?

The date at which you receive your payment is largely dependent on which payment type you select and the box evaluation. PayPal is recommended as the best payment option because you receive it almost instantly after it's sent. If you'd rather be paid by check, however, it usually takes around 5 business days to arrive.

 If your package doesn't match your description this can affect the speed of payment. You'll be given an updated offer which you can either accept or decline. If you choose to decline the offer we'll be happy to return the item back to you free of charge.

What do I do if my payment was issued but I haven’t received it?

PayPal - If it's a PayPal payment you should contact their support team first, they may be holding your payment because of a non-verified or inactive account status.

 Check - Our checks are sent from New Jersey and are dependent on USPS to deliver them. This means if they're running a bit late on delivery unfortunately there's little we can do to speed up the process. Check payments usually take around 5 business days to be delivered, however, if your payment hasn't reached you within 10 business days of your payment notification email please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you

What do I do if my PayPal payment was sent to the wrong address?

If you can add the email address that received it to your PayPal account you should be able to access the payment instantly. If you're unable to gain access to the email address please send us an email through the form to the right. We'll contact PayPal to cancel the payment and reissue it to the correct address. Please note it can take PayPal up to 30 days to reissue the payment.

How long do I have to change my payment option?

You can change how you'd like to be paid right up until we've inspected your item. To do so, please send your request through the form to the right. Include your order ID and new choice of payment, and we'll be happy to change it for you.

Where can I find the address I gave to receive payment?

You can find the address you gave to receive payment in the email you received after you made your order. Alternatively, if you created an account and then made your order you can view the payment address on your account details page.

How can I change the address for my payment?

If you'd like to change the address for your payment please contact us through the form to the right. Be sure to include your order ID, current address, and new address you'd like it changed to. You have this option up until your device is inspected and paid for.

What payment methods do you offer?

Currently, you can receive payment via check or PayPal. Donations are sent in aggregate to their respective charities at the end of the year. If you'd like us to add another payment method let us know through the form to the right and we'll be happy to look into it for you
